I am an MBA candidate specializing in business leadership, healthcare administration, and organizational development — with professional experience in healthcare operations, IT support, and large-scale administrative coordination.

My work has included provider onboarding, credentialing, privileging workflows, regulatory compliance, and data tracking within a major medical network. I have coordinated system onboarding for physicians and APPs, maintained licensure and certification records, developed database processes, and managed communication across multiple medical departments and state boards.

Previously, I spent six years managing golf operations and event logistics, overseeing 25+ employees, leading productivity reporting, improving operational workflows, and increasing revenue through process efficiency and structured planning. This experience strengthened my skills in business process improvement, customer relations, workforce coordination, and data-based decision execution.

I also hold CompTIA ITF+ and Google IT Support certifications, giving me technical literacy in systems, troubleshooting, workflow architecture, and support-level IT operations.
